Tatiana Y. Warren, PhD, is a Business Intelligence Specialist with Bon SecoursCommunity Works (BSCW). Community Works is a subsidiary of Bon Secours Health System, a $3.2 billion dollar not-for-profit Catholic health system that owns, manages or joint ventures 18 acute care, 5 long term care, 4 assisted living, 6 retirement communities/senior housing, 14 home care and hospice services, and other facilities, primarily on the East Coast. Bon Secours Health System consists of more than 24,000 caregivers helping people in seven states. Additionally, she serves as the Lead Internal Evaluator on a jointinitiative “Future Baltimore: 21223”. Future Baltimore is a partnership between Bon Secours and Kaiser Permanente that is focusing on a placed-based strategy for the West Baltimore residents in zip code 21223. Dr. Warren serves as Co-lead of the Community Engagement and Dissemination Core (CEDC) Advisory Board through the Centers of Excellence funding opportunity at Johns Hopkins Center for Health Disparities Solutions, which has been in existence since 2002.
Dr. Warren’s passion and enthusiasm for public health is infectious. The NY Times Magazine and other media outlets have recognized Dr. Warren for her research conducted in the area of sedentary behavior and health. She has also been the recipient of a research supplement from the National Institutes of Health (NIH): National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI).
Dr. Warren is a Doctoral graduate of the Department of Exercise Science in the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina (USC). She received her Bachelor of Science (‘04) and Master of Science (‘06) in Exercise Physiology from Syracuse University. Marcus is a financial professional currently residing in Austin, Texas. In 2017, he joined the Global Financial Shared Services division of Apple,Inc. and has worked closely with Apple’s leadership since his arrival. In this role, Marcus is responsible for financial planning and analysis that includes budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning and a vast number of other responsibilities. Born and raised in Austin, he spent most of his formative years passionately driven as a student and athlete. Marcus went on to receive a full athletic scholarship for football from the University of Texas at Austin where he was a member of the 2005 National Championship team and went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2006. In 2008, Marcus relocated to the Dallas/Fort Worth area spending some time working in banking and higher education. In 2012, Marcus received his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and upon graduation, began working for Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, Texas. Marcus has over 6 years of experience working on finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. At Lockheed Martin, he completed a rigorous 3-year Finance Leadership Development program and spent time at the Fort Worth site, Santa Rosa, California site as well as the corporate headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. Marcus still enjoys any and everything related to football (and sports in general), loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Shawnalee is an operations and technology professional, with over 10 years of experience in the higher education, and social services nonprofit sector. Shawnalee currently works as a database and technology manager with the Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity. Her hobbies are traveling, cooking, painting, gardening, and volunteering with local charities.Shawnalee has her BS in Marketing from York College (CUNY) in Queens, New York.
Dr. Winley is currently in practice with Wellstar Northwest Women’s Care in the Atlanta area where she is an OB-GYN physician.
Dr. Winley received her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. Where she was also a Four-Time All American and the 2006 National NCAA Outdoor 100m Champion. She received her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, SC. Dr. Winley completed her obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive science residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital in Houston, Texas, receiving the highest honor of all the resident physicians.

Kira is a legal professional currently residing in Dallas, Texas. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, she spent most of her childhood as an eager student and passionate multi-sport athlete focusing on track & field, basketball and cheerleading. Kira went on to receive a full ride athletic scholarship for track & field from the University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Government. In 2009, she returned to Colorado in order to pursue her law degree at the University of Colorado in Boulder to which graduated with her J.D. in 2012. As a practicing attorney in Colorado, Kira’s focus was criminal and civil defense litigation but she quickly transitioned into FICC and transactional law work and is currently an associate at Goldman Sachs & Co. She’s always had a passion for sports and volunteer work and has continued those efforts whether in the spirit of a volunteer coach at the youth level, working on pro bono legal projects or as a food server to the hungry and homeless. Kira enjoys traveling, playing flag football and spending time with family and friends during her free time.
Kristina Pinkins is currently a middle school teacher in Southwest Georgia, as well as a loving wife & mother of three kids. Kristina was born in Jackson, Mississippi and in her early childhood moved to the Dallas, Texas area where she competed in multiple sports throughout her childhood such as soccer, basketball, and volleyball until she found her true passion track and field. Kristina went on to receive a full-ride track scholarship in the 800 meters at The University of South Carolina, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Entertainment Management. While at The University of South Carolina, Kristina was an All-American, the indoor 800 m record holder, and was an indoor 800m Champion. Kristina enjoys vacationing, working with kids, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Sandra is a Sales and Marketing professional with over 10 years of industry experience, during 4 of which she managed her own event planning agency simultaneously. Today, she manages her own Marketing Agency, Encounter Marketing & Public Relations (EMPR) where develops and executes strategies and partnerships to help elevate the presence of small to mid-size businesses and non-profits. Sandra is the current NY Chapter President of N.A.M.I.C (National Association of Multi-ethnicity In Communications), sits on the Board of Influencers for Digital Diversity Network (DDN), and the Young Leaders Board for America Needs You. Sandra was a Forbes 30 Under 30 2016 finalist, and in 2012 was awarded by Latino Leaders Magazine, a Top 25 Future Latino Leader (ages 25-35).
